Premium complete bread improver for all types of breads. It contains premium quality dough strengthener, dough conditioner, anti-mold and freshness agents. It promotes excellent dough handling properties, excellent fermentation tolerance and fine-textured baked products with good volume, and extended shelf-life. Usage is 0.8%.

Puratos Bread improvers use a modular approach to optimize individual characteristics of the dough or the final bread such as softness, moistness, resilience, freshness. They can be added on top of an existing recipe to intensify that specific functionality.
